People love wood furniture, whether in classic or modern design, wood furniture is always being number one choice for indoors. Furniture made from wood always brings natural and distinctive impression in the house. In addition, that wood furniture is timeless; even they can be inherited to your children or even grand children.
Therefore, it is important to keep them in good condition and stay clean from stain, dust or dirt. It can be very harmful for the furniture when not regularly cleaned. Stains from coffee, wine, or maybe chemicals liquid can damage the furniture. Dirt that is not cleaned for a long time also leaves marks or stains, so it can mess up the look of the furniture itself.
Many stores sell furniture cleaners in variety, but mostly of those cleaning products contain chemical, which can be dangerous for the environment in long term used. Besides, due to the environmental damages issue, which more worse by days, we should be wiser to use products that contain harmful materials. More people concerned to these issues, even some have change their way of life, including using environmental friendly products for their daily life. Alternatively, we also enable to use homemade cleaner instead of using chemical products, also for the wood furniture cleaner.
Mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil and half cup of lemon juice. Pour it to a spray bottle then it ready to use for cleaning all your furniture at home. That’s simple, isn’t? Perhaps it is not as stronger as one contained chemicals, but it is safer for the environment and of course for the children. Used tea bag also enables to clean wood furniture. put few used tea bags in a liter of boiling water and leave to cool. Soak a cloth in the tea water to remove dirt and polishing the paint and varnish of your wood furniture.
Furniture that has chrome part can be cleaned with mixture of water and baking soda to remove all stain on it. Alternatively, soak a damp cloth with vinegar to polish the articles with a chrome surface, if it is possible you can soak the item directly in the vinegar.
